On a night when wind ruled and rain came in a close second, four golfers were able to navigate the treacherous conditions in only 40 strokes to share the low gross honors.
Jerry Arneson, Gary Miller, Wade Johnson and Spencer Parks each fired rounds of 4-over par in a wind that nearly blew the Country Club’s sign off its hook.
Steve Tuss shot perhaps the round of the night, missing low gross by one shot but earning the low net honors with a net score of 33.
Greg Manson played the wind right on No. 13 and put it close, converting his birdie and winning the closest to the pin contest.
Casey Dee, Cody Hanson, Rich Potvin and Harry Shaffer all had deuces on the night.
